Disclaimer

Effective Date: October 2026 Last Updated: October 2026

This Disclaimer applies to the website at nestingpath.com (the "Site"), our digital products, [including the Nesting Path Digital Estate Organizer,] and the health navigation, care transition, and legacy administration services provided by [Nesting Path LLC] ("[Nesting Path LLC]," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Services"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If this Disclaimer conflicts with our Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control.

1. Administrative Services Only

Nesting Path LLC is an administrative and care-coordination company. We help clients and families organize information, schedule appointments, coordinate paperwork, and communicate with healthcare providers, agencies, and institutions.

We are not a healthcare provider, law firm, attorney, financial advisor, tax professional, insurance agent, fiduciary, or real estate professional. Our staff may hold professional licenses or have clinical, legal, or financial backgrounds, but they do not act in that professional capacity when providing the Services. Using the Services does not create a doctor-patient, nurse-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on the Site or provided through the Services is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not recommend specific treatments, medications, or courses of care. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site or heard from us.

3. Not for Emergencies

Our Services are not for emergencies or urgent medical needs. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988. Do not use our phone lines, email, text messages, or website forms for time-sensitive medical matters.

4. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Our legacy administration and digital estate planning Services, checklists, organizers, templates, and guides are for organizational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice, and they are not a substitute for a will, trust, power of attorney, advance directive, or other legal document prepared by a licensed attorney.

We do not draft legal documents, interpret laws or legal documents, handle probate, advise on how an estate should be distributed, or represent anyone before a court or agency. Executors, personal representatives, and other decision-makers remain solely responsible for their legal duties and decisions. Please consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial professional in your state about your specific situation.

5. Insurance and Coverage

We do not determine, guarantee, or verify insurance coverage, benefits, referrals, or prior authorizations. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance plan, and obtaining referrals and authorizations is the responsibility of you and your healthcare providers. Any information we share about coverage is based on what you, your providers, or your plan tell us and should be confirmed directly with your insurance plan.

6. Third-Party Providers and Institutions

When we identify or contact healthcare providers, facilities, agencies, financial institutions, or other organizations, we do so as a coordination service. These third parties are independent and are not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not guarantee, and are not responsible for, their qualifications, availability, fees, policies, decisions, quality of care, or outcomes. The choice of any provider is yours.

[We do not accept payment from healthcare providers in exchange for referring patients to them.]

7. No Affiliation With Government Agencies

Nesting Path LLC is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Social Security Administration, Medicare, Medicaid, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the IRS, or any other federal, state, or local government agency. Many tasks we assist with can be completed directly with these agencies at no cost to you.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Results depend on the accuracy of information provided and on the actions of third parties outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including appointment availability or timing, account closures or transfers, the release of benefits or funds, or the acceptance of any request by an agency or institution.

9. Educational Content and Digital Products

Articles, videos, webinars, checklists, organizers, templates, and other educational content are general information only and may not reflect the laws, rules, or procedures that apply in your state or to your situation. Laws and institutional policies change, and while we try to keep content current, we make no guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date.

You are responsible for how you use our digital products, including securely storing any personal, financial, or account information you record in them. We recommend that you do not store passwords or PINs in any unsecured document.

10. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, and other resources. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

11. Communications

Contacting us through the Site, by email, or by phone does not by itself create a client relationship. Please do not send Social Security numbers, health information, or account details by regular email, text message, or website contact forms. Ask us for a secure method instead.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nesting Path LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on the Site or in our products, or from the acts or omissions of any third party. Additional limitations are described in our Terms and Conditions.

Accessibility statement

Last Updated: October 2026

Nesting Path LLC ("Nesting Path LLC," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our website at nestingpath.com (the "Site") and our Services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Many of the people we serve are older adults, patients, caregivers, and families going through difficult times, and we want every visitor to be able to find information and reach us easily.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to provide a Site that is usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We are working to improve the Site's accessibility over time, and we are committed to treating accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

2. Standards We Work Toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our guide for improving accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

We work toward these standards, but we do not claim that every part of the Site fully conforms to them at all times.

3. Steps We Take

Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Using a website platform that supports accessibility features such as responsive design, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility;

  • Adding descriptive alternative text to meaningful images;

  • Organizing pages with clear headings and a logical structure;

  • Using readable fonts, sufficient color contrast, and plain language where possible;

  • Labeling form fields and buttons clearly;

  • Providing captions or transcripts for video content where possible; and

  • Reviewing the Site periodically and addressing accessibility issues as we find them.

4. Platform and Third-Party Content

Our Site is built on a third-party website platform using a design template. While the platform provides accessibility features, some aspects of the underlying code, templates, and built-in features are controlled by the platform provider and may be outside our direct control.

The Site may also include or link to content and tools provided by third parties, such as scheduling tools, payment and checkout pages, forms, embedded videos, maps, and external websites. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we encourage our vendors to support accessibility and will work to provide alternative ways to access the same information or services.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. These may include:

  • Older documents or downloadable files (such as PDFs) that may not be fully compatible with screen readers;

  • Some embedded third-party tools or content; and

  • Certain images, graphics, or design elements provided by the website template.

If you encounter one of these limitations, please contact us and we will provide the information or service in another way.

6. Alternative Ways to Reach Us

You never need to use the Site to access our Services. If any part of the Site is difficult to use, you can:

We can help you schedule a consultation, purchase a product, get information, or complete forms by phone or email. On request, we will make reasonable efforts to provide documents and materials in an alternative format, such as large print or an accessible electronic file.

7. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback. If you have trouble accessing any part of the Site, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at Help@nestingpath.com or by phone at (754) 704-4032. To help us respond, please include:

  • The web page address (URL) or name of the page;

  • A description of the problem you experienced; and

  • The device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using, if you know.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to provide the information or service you need in an accessible way as quickly as reasonably possible.

8. Updates to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement as we improve the Site. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
